THE GRAND JURY OF THE COUNTY OF GENESEE, by this Indictment, accuses the Defendant, RAYMOND STANLEY, of the crime of BURGLARY IN THE THIRD DEGREE, contrary to Penal Law Section 140.20, a class D felony, in that he, the said RAYMOND STANLEY, on or about and between June, 2023 and September 15, 2023, knowingly and unlawfully entered into a building, to wit: 78 Lake Street, in the Village of LeRoy, County of Genesee, State of New York, with intent to commit a crime therein.
COUNT TWO:
AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this Indictment, further accuses the said, RAYMOND STANLEY, of the crime of GRAND LARCENY IN THE FOURTH DEGREE, contrary to Penal Law Section 155.30(1), a class E felony, in that he, the said RAYMOND STANLEY, on or about and between June, 2023 and September 15, 2023, while at 78 Lake Street, in the Village of LeRoy, County of Genesee, State of New York, did steal property having a value exceeding one thousand dollars.
COUNT THREE:
AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this Indictment, further accuses the said, RAYMOND STANLEY, of the crime of CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY IN THE FIFTH DEGREE, contrary to Penal Law Section165.40, a class A misdemeanor, in that he, the said RAYMOND STANLEY, on or about and between June, 2023 and September 15, 2023, while at 78 Lake Street, in the Village of LeRoy, County of Genesee, State of New York, knowingly possessed stolen property with intent to benefit himself or a person other than an owner thereof, or to impede the recovery by an owner thereof.
COUNT FOUR:
AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this Indictment, further accuses the said, RAYMOND STANLEY, of the crime of CRIMINAL TRESPASS IN THE SECOND DEGREE, contrary to Penal Law Section 140.15(1), a class A misdemeanor, in that he, the said RAYMOND STANLEY, on or about and between June, 2023 and September 15, 2023, in the Village of LeRoy, County of Genesee, State of New York, knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in a dwelling, to wit: 78 Lake Street.

THE GRAND JURY OF THE COUNTY OF GENESEE, by this Indictment, accuses the Defendant, JENNIFER M. SHAFFER, of the crime of AGGRAVATED DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, as a class E felony, contrary to Vehicle and Traffic Law Sections 1192-2a(b) and 1193-1(c)(i)(B), in that she, the said JENNIFER M. SHAFFER, on or about the 10th day of October, 2023, in the City of Batavia, County of Genesee, State of New York, did operate a motor vehicle, to wit: a 2007 Toyota, bearing New York State License Plate No.
———, on Liberty Street, a public highway, while she, the said JENNIFER M. SHAFFER, was in an intoxicated condition and while a child fifteen years of age or less was a passenger in such motor vehicle.
COUNT TWO;
AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this Indictment, further accuses the Defendant, JENNIFER M. SHAFFER, of the crime of DRIVING WHILE ABILITY IMPAIRED BY DRUGS, as a misdemeanor, contrary to vehicle and Traffic Law Section 1192-4, in that she, the said JENNIFER M. SHAFFER, on or about the 10th day of October, 2023, in the City of Batavia, County of Genesee, State of New York, did operate a motor vehicle, to wit: a 2007 Toyota, bearing New York State License Plate No. ——-, on Liberty
Street, a public highway, while her ability was impaired by the use of a drug.

THE GRAND JURY OF THE COUNTY OF GENESEE, by this Indictment, accuses the defendants, JACOB J. RUSSELL AND CONNOR L. ANDREWS, of the crime of CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON IN THE THIRD DEGREE, contrary to Penal Law Sections 265.02(1), a class D felony, in that they, the said JACOB J. RUSSELL AND CONNOR L. ANDREWS, on or about the 23rd day of December, 2023, in the City of Batavia, County of Genesee, State of New York, knowingly possessed brass knuckles and having previously been
convicted of a crime.
COUNT TWO:
AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this Indictment, further accuses the said, JACOB J. RUSSELL AND CONNOR L. ANDREWS, of the crime of CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE SEVENTH DEGREE, contrary to Penal Law Section 220.03, a class A misdemeanor, in that they, the said JACOB J. RUSSELL AND CONNOR L. ANDREWS, on or about the 23rd day of December, 2023, in the City of Batavia, County of Genesee, State of New York, knowingly and unlawfully possessed a controlled substance, to wit: Cocaine.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is
presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty
