Two arrests were made Saturday morning following separate traffic stops on Route 20A in
the Town of Warsaw.
Vinayak A. Graves, 20, of Batavia, NY, and formerly of Overland Park, Kansas, was the passenger in a vehicle that was stopped on Route 20A. Graves was found to have a felony warrant out of Johnson County, Kansas for Identity Theft which was extraditable throughout the United States.
Graves was arrested, arraigned in Warsaw Town Court, and held in Wyoming County Jail on No Bail. Graves will remain incarcerated while he awaits extradition to Kansas.

Sean Q. Smith, 39, of Brookhaven, NY, was stopped on Route 20A in the Town of Warsaw when he was found to be driving a vehicle with switched plates.
Smith was also found to be driving with a suspended NYS restricted driver’s license.
Smith is charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Third Degree, Operating with a Suspended Registration, License Restriction Violation, Operating Without Insurance, Unregistered Motor Vehicle,
Improper Plates, and Uninspected Motor Vehicle.
Smith’s vehicle was towed from the scene, and Smith was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Warsaw Town Court at a later date.
