Megan J. Courtney, 28, of Batavia, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after an investigation into a 3-year-old child left home alone with no adult present on May 7, 2024 at 6:00p.m.
The three-year-old child was found running outside near their residence all by themselves.
Courtney was later located at Batavia Downs gambling. She was held at the Genesee County Jail for a CAP Court arraignment.

Kenneth D. Robinson, 50, of Batavia, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 1st degree, DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, operation of a vehicle by an unlicensed driver and unsafe turn/failure to signal, after a motor vehicle accident at the Batavia Downs parking lot at 8315 Park Road on May 5, 2024 at 2:17a.m.
Deputies say Robinson was allegedly operating a vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
Robinson was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on June 6, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Joseph J. Kuzma, 44, of Byron, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, following a traffic stop on Cockram Road in the Town of Byron on April 29, 2024 at 8:01p.m.
Deputies say Kuzma allegedly possessed a controlled substance and was driving on a suspended license.
He was issued an appearance ticket and a uniform traffic ticket, and released to appear in Byron Town Court on May 13, 20224 at 4:00p.m.

Kishickatigqua Y. Lone, 33, of Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with burglary 2nd degree and criminal mischief 4th degree, after allegedly entering a dwelling on April 22nd, 2024 on Bloomingdale Road in the Town of Alabama without permission.
Lone allegedly damaged a front door while entering the residence.
Lone was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Shameek T. Taylor, 37, of Bergen, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, following an investigation into a violation of a stay away order on May 6, 2024 at 11:55a.m. in Batavia, NY.
Taylor was held for a CAP Court arraignment.
