GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Four facing felony drug charges

The Genesee County Local Drug Task Force, comprised of officers from the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Batavia Police Department, arrested a town of Alexander man as a result of an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of methamphetamine in and around the Town of Alexander.

Nathaniel L. Beglinger, 32, of Alexander, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both class B felonies.

Beglinger was arrested at his residence on a sealed indictment warrant by Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies on May 21, 2024. Deputies say Beglinger allegedly sold quantities of methamphetamine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on two occasions while in Alexander, NY.

Beglinger was arraigned in Genesee County Court and released on recognizance.

The Genesee County Local Drug Task Force, comprised of officers from the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Batavia Police Department, arrested a City of Batavia man as a result of an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.

Kyle J. Stack, 38, of Batavia, NY, is charged with three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree and three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both class B felonies.

Stack was arrested on a sealed indictment warrant by Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies on June 17th at his place of employment. It is alleged that Stack sold quantities of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on three occasions while in the City of Batavia.

Stack was arraigned in Genesee County Court and released on recognizance.

The Genesee County Local Drug Task Force, comprised of officers from the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Batavia Police Department, arrested a City of Rochester man as a result of an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.

Louvan S. Norman/AKA “Ty”, 38, of Rochester, NY, is charged with four counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree and four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both class B felonies.

Norman was arrested on a sealed indictment warrant on a traffic stop by Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies on May 29, 2024, during the execution of a search warrant by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force. It is alleged that Norman sold quantities of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on four occasions while in the City of Batavia.

Norman was arraigned in Genesee County Court and released under supervision.

The Genesee County Local Drug Task Force, comprised of officers from the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Batavia Police Department, arrested a Village of Albion man as a result of an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.

Andre D. Coley, 32, of Albion, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both class B felonies.

Coley was arrested on a sealed indictment warrant by Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies on May 23, 2024 upon his release from custody in Orleans County on unrelated charges. Its alleged that Coley sold quantities of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on two occasions while in the City of Batavia.

Coley was arraigned in Genesee County Court and release on recognizance.

The Genesee County Local Drug Task Force, comprised of officers from the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Batavia Police Department, arrested a Village of Medina man as a result of an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.

Mathew P. Parker, 34, of Batavia, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both class B felonies.

Parker was arrested on a sealed indictment warrant by the City of Batavia Police NET Officers on May 21, 2024. Parker allegedly sold quantities of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on two occasions while in the City of Batavia.

Parker was arraigned in Genesee County Court and released on recognizance.

Task force member were assisted by the City of Batavia Police NET officers, Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Genesee County District Attorney’s office
