David H. Kendall, 40, of Sierk Rd., Attica, NY, is charged with assault 3rd degree after allegedly punching the operator of a vehicle in the face resulting in a motor vehicle collision at 4140 Veteran’s Memorial in the Town of Batavia on December 10, 2024 at 9:00p.m.
Kendall was held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment on December 11, 2024 at 9:00a.m.

Matthew J. Sanchez-Sanquiche, 28, of W. Main St. Rd., is charged with assault 2nd degree after allegedly assaulting an inmate inside the Genesee County Jail on November 30, 2024 at 3:16p.m.
Sanchez-Sanquiche was scheduled to appear in CAP Court on December 1, 2024 at 9:00a.m.

On December 9, 2024, Brandon R. Fogg, 38, of Lyman Rd., Byron, NY, was arrested on a Bench Warrant out of Genesee County Court. Fogg allegedly violated probation on the charge of menacing 1st degree, and was sentenced to 41 days of interment time in jail and is to report to jail on Friday’s at 10:00a.m.

Casey T. Vaughn, no age provided, of Prestige Crossing, Batavia, NY, is charged with aggravated criminal contempt, aggravated family offense, unlawful imprisonment 2nd degree, assault 3rd degree/physical injury and criminal contempt 2nd degree, after deputies responded to a check the welfare of a subject located inside Vaughn’s residence in violation of a stay away order of protection.
The incident occurred on December 3, 2024. The investigation resulted in the above charges. Vaughn was held at the Genesee County Jail pending arraignment the next day.

James C. Malone, 27, of Hopkins St., Mt. Morris, NY, is charged with aggravated criminal contempt, a class D felony, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd degree/physical contact. Malone allegedly violated an order of protection in Bethany on December 7, 2024 by slapping the victim in front of three children.
Malone was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

On December 10, 2024, Brandi R. Hough, 29, of Park Rd. Batavia, NY, was arrested on an active warrant issued out of the Town of Stafford Court for the offenses of aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, unlicensed operator, depositing refuse in the roadway and uncovered cargo.
On July 2, 2024, Hough was allegedly operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license and committed various other violations of the vehicle and traffic law.
Hough was held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Terrance L. Falk, 26, of Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th degree after allegedly intentionally damaging a window at the Genesee County Jail on November 30, 2024.
Falk was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in Batavia Town Court on December 10, 2024 at 3:00p.m.
