William S. Pyszczek, 72, of Pembroke, NY, is charged with menacing 2nd degree and harassment 2nd degree after allegedly brandishing a knife towards the victim and threatening the victim’s life, The incident occurred after an alleged physical altercation with the victim, causing the victim to fear physical injury after an incident on S. Lake Road in Pembroke on January 27, 2025 at 1:57a.m.
Pyszczek was transported to the Genesee County jail where he was held for a CAP Court arraignment at 9:00a.m.

Richard J. Burdick, 46, of Clinton St. Rd., Batavia, NY, and Karen A. Howard, 49, of Oak Orchard Estates, Albion, NY, are each charged with criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree/narcotic drug 1/2 ounce or more, after a traffic stop on Clinton Street Road in Bergen on January 30, 2025 at 6:32p.m.
Deputies say the pair were allegedly in possession of approximately 62 grams of cocaine during the traffic stop. Burdick was additionally charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree.
Both were held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment.

On January 29, 2025, at 2:25a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle for traffic violations in the Town of Pembroke, no location provided.
After an investigation, a quantity of cocaine was allegedly located in the vehicle. All three occupants of the vehicle were arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing.
The driver, Teresa K. Hillin, 41, of Batavia, NY, front seat passenger Peter Dercqu, 46, of Lyndonville, NY and back seat passenger, Steven Hadden, 43, of Pembroke, NY are each charged with criminal possession of controlled substance 7th degree. Hillin is additionally charged with operating a vehicle without insurance and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate.
All three were released with appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court.

Bryan F. Walczak, 42, of Ellicott St., Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI and moving from a lane unsafely after a traffic complaint on Rt. 98 in Alexander, NY on January 26, 2025 at 11:43p.m.
After a citizen contacted the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office to report an erratic driver, deputies intercepted the vehicle on Rt. 98 and conducted a traffic stop after observing a violation.
After an investigation, Walczak was taken into custody and charged.
He was held for a CAP Court arraignment at 9:00a.m. on January 27, 2025.

Sergly Borkowski, 44, of Branch St., Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI/previous conviction within the past 10 years, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely after a one vehicle accident on Reuben Road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on January 9, 2025 at 9:22a.m.
Borkowski was transported to the Genesee County Jail and processed. He was later released on an appearance ticket and appeared in the Town of Alabama Court on January 21, 2025 at 6:00p.m.

Jordan N. Wieseltier, 43, of Rt. 20, Pavilion, NY, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more after allegedly operating a motor vehicle while on a public highway allegedly intoxicated by alcohol on January 20, 2025 at 6:00p.m. on West Main Road in Le Roy.
Wieseltier was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in in Le Roy Town Court on February 4, 2025 at 4:00p.m.

Joseph M. Degweck Jr., 52, of Pine St. East Aurora, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 1st degree after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection, making 3rd party contact with a protected party.
Degweck, who was already being held at the Genesee County Jail, was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on January 28, 2025 at 10:00a.m.
