On 3/27/2025, Leroy Thornton III, 34, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Sex Offender Failure to Report an Address Change. Thornton, who is a Level 3 Sex Offender, allegedly failed to report a change of address within 10 days. Thornton was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 4/8/2025.
On 3/24/2025, Imani I. Hurd, 23, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested and charged with Attempted Grand Larceny 3rd degree and Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree. Hurd allegedly attempted to cash a forged check at M&T Bank. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.
On 3/24/2025, Dominic O. Mogavero, 20, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd degree, Conspiracy 4th degree and Criminal Facilitation 4th degree. Mogavero was allegedly an accomplice to a burglary that occurred on Hutchins Street on 1/12/2025. Mogavero was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.
On 3/22/2025, Jonathan C. Perrine, 42, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant for Criminal Mischief 3rd degree. Perrine allegedly damaged the windows on a vehicle during an incident on 3/28/2023. He was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/22/2025, Katelyn L. Walsh, 30, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with felony DWI. Walsh was arrested following a traffic stop on Chase Park, where she was allegedly found to be intoxicated. Walsh had previously been convicted of DWI within the last 10 years. Walsh was issued several traffic tickets and is due in court on 4/15/2025.

On 3/18/2025, Rhiannon J. Graff, 44, of Batavia, NY, was arrested for and charged with Petit Larceny. Graff allegedly stole merchandise from Quicklee’s on Oak Street. She was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to appear in court on 3/25/2025.
On 3/21/2025, Graff was arrested and charged with DWI after police responded to a suspicious vehicle on East Main Street. Graff was issued several traffic tickets and released.

On 3/19/2025, Hillary D. Russell, 32, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Russell allegedly stole merchandise from Dollar General. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 4/1/2025.

On 3/18/2025, Brandon C. Dodd, 38, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Dodd allegedly stole merchandise from Family Dollar. He was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to appear in court on 3/25/2025.

On 3/10/2025, Christine J. Saab, 20, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a Bench Warrant. Saab was initially arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree following an altercation at the Mobil gas station on East Main Street. The warrant was issued after she failed to appear in court. Saab was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. She is due back in court on 4/9/2025.

On 3/22/2025, Michael J. Hilton, 34, of Le Roy, NY, was arrested on an Arrest Warrant for Petit Larceny. Hilton allegedly stole merchandise from 7-eleven on 2/26/2025. Hilton was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
