Regular Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Minutes – October 21, 2024.
Mark and Kelly McVay – 9436 Halstead Road, Batavia NY 14020. Area Variance – Applicant is requesting an area variance for a front yard setback. Set Public Hearing for May 19, 2025. Recognize that this is a Type 2 SEQR.
Applied Business System – 4814 Ellicott Street Road, Batavia NY 14020. Area Variance – Applicant is requesting an area variance for a front yard setback. Set Public Hearing for May 19, 2025. Recognize that this is a Type 2 SEQR.
Training: 4 hours of training are needed per year per board member. All board members need to take the KnowBe4 Security Training.
