The Genesee County Emergency Dispatch Center received the 9-1-1 call reporting the fatal accident at 6:46 PM. Upon arrival, patrols identified occupants of the two involved vehicles. The second vehicle involved was a blue 2005 Vespa Motorcycle, operated by Duane L. Girdner, age 65, of Rochester, NY. Girdner was traveling northbound on State Route 19.
