MedTech Landing Luxury Apartments are now available at 53 MedTech Drive in the Town of Batavia. One- and two-bedroom apartments are available along with three-bedroom Townhomes. Amenities include: a dog park, storage garages for rent and water and trash are both included.
In the current completed area, there are a total of seven buildings. Six of these are 12-unit buildings, each containing four townhouses, with two on each side. “So today we’re actually starting our little, short weekend of our open houses, so all tenants that are interested are also welcome to come. But we also had the town officials come for an official tour,” says Sydney Mazur, Marketing Director for Northstar Development.

Sydney and Dawson graduated from college about a year ago and have joined their father Dave in his construction development business. Northstar has 30 completed projects and 25 years of experience.
“We’re all family owned, and I feel like Batavia feels like a family. I don’t know it’s smaller out here, and we’re used to Grand Island.”
