Timothy J. Wenzel, no age or address provided, is charged with four counts of forcible touching after allegedly touching another person at his place of employment on Lewiston Road on January 20, 2025.
Deputies say Wenzel allegedly touched another employee inappropriately on four separate days, without the employee’s consent.
Wenzel was held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment on June 1st 2025 at 7:00p.m.

Mary A. Virgillo, 50, of State St., Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree, after allegedly punching a victim in the face after a verbal altercation on State Street Road on June 5, 2025 at 5:58p.m.
Virgillo was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail. Virgillo appeared in CAP Court on June 6th 2025 at 9:00a.m.

Michael A. Fanizza, 31, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree, after allegedly being involved in a physical altercation at 3839 W. Main St. Rd.in the Town of Batavia on June 3, 2025. Fanizza allegedly struck another person at the Genesee County Jail.
Fanizza will appear in Batavia Town Court on June 24, 2025 at 6:00p.m.

Gavin C. Turk, 22, of Ashview Dr., North Chili, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and speeding in a 55 mile per hour zone, following a traffic stop on Buffalo Road in Bergen on June 3, 2025 at 2:39a.m.
Turk was released on traffic tickets and will appear in Bergen Town court on July 2, 2025 at 5:00p.m.

James S. Gibbs, 49, of Colony Run, Attica, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and DWI, after a suspicious condition investigation at Alexander Elementary School, on April 22, 2025 at 1:35p.m.
Gibbs was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Alexander Town Court on June 17, 2025 at 5:00p.m.

Aquila, 34, of Main St., Alden, NY, is charged with DWI, drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle, driving to the left of pavement markings and moving from a lane unsafely, after traffic stop for traffic violations on W. Main St. Rd. in the town of Batavia on June 1, 2025 at 2:28a.m.

Joseph M. Tornabene, 33, of South Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 1st degree after allegedly violating an order of protection by calling the protected party while he was incarcerated at the Genesee County Jail on May 28, 2025.
Tornabene was arraigned in CAP Court and will return to the Batavia Town Court at a later date.
