Arc GLOW hired a new director of quality assurance
Press release
Pembroke native Marianne “Mare” Lampart has joined Arc GLOW after 28 years working for another nonprofit organization as the vice president of residential supports and services.
“After many years working in residential services, I was ready for a new challenge, one that would allow me to grow professionally while continuing to support people with disabilities. The director of quality assurance role felt like a natural next step,” Lampart said. “My experience, along with everything I’ve learned over the years, aligns well with the responsibilities of this position. I’m passionate about advocating for the individuals we support, and this role gives me the opportunity to influence quality and outcomes on a broader scale, while continuing to be a strong voice for the people we serve.”
Lampart received her associate’s degree in general studies from Genesee Community College, and went on to attend Husson University in Bangor, Maine, and SUNY Brockport where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
Lampart serves on the board of directors for the YWCA in Batavia.
