Daryl A. Leach, 44, no address provided, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and torturing or injuring animals in an April 20, 2025 incident.
Sheriff’s Investigators say leach allegedly forcibly touched a juvenile under the age of 17 and allegedly cruelly beat and unjustifiably injured an animal.
Leach was arrested on June 9, 2025, and was held at the Genesee County Jail for a CAP Court arraignment.

Chad M. Johnson, 39, of Hutchins Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree/while confined to a correctional facility, after a complaint at the Genesee County Jail on June 15, 2025.
Johnson was arraigned in CAP Court on June 16th, 2025.

David R. Elliott, 35, of S. Lake Road, Pavilion, NY, is charged with reckless endangerment 1st degree, endangering the welfare of a child, no seat belt, reckless driving and moving from a lane unsafely, following an investigation into a motor vehicle collision that previously occurred on May 29, 2025 in the Town of Bethany.

Deputies say Elliott was operating a motor vehicle recklessly with an underage passenger. The investigation found that Elliott’s alleged reckless operation resulted in damage to multiple motor vehicles and caused several instances of property damage.
Both Elliott and the juvenile passenger were transported to the hospital for further medical evaluation by Mercy EMS after the accident on May 29th.
Elliott was arrested on June 16, 2025 and transported to the Genesee County jail and held for a CAP Court arraignment on June 17, 2025 at 9:00a.m.
