Harold J. Alexander, 64, of Oak St., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree following an investigation into an incident that occurred on June 20th, 2025, at 6:30p.m.
Alexander allegedly was in possession of a of a controlled substance during a traffic stop in the Town of Batavia.
Alexander was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on July 22, 2025 3:00p.m.
On July 5, 2025, Alexander was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a narcotic drug/over 1/8th of an ounce, a class C felony, after an incident on Shady Lane in the Town of Batavia at 8:20p.m.
Alexander was allegedly in possession of over 8 grams of cocaine with intent to sell it when he was arrested on unrelated charges. He was held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment on 7/6/25.

Cassidy A. Underhill, 21, of Walnut Street, Everett, WA, was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely, after a motor vehicle accident Main Road in Stafford on July 5, 2025 at 1:14a.m.
Underhill was released on universal traffic tickets and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on July 17, 2025 at 6:00p.m.

Sherry L. Amidon, 40, of Newcastle Road, Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of controlled substance 7th degree, following a traffic stop by Genesee County Sheriff’s deputies on July 4, 2025 at 12:27a.m.
Amidon was allegedly in possession of cocaine and was issued an appearance ticket. She was held at the Genesee County Jail on an unrelated warrant for her arrest.
Amidon is scheduled to appear at Batavia City Court on July 15, 2025 at 1:30p.m.
