Village of Attica, NY – On the early morning of July 24, 2025, members of the Village of Attica Police Department, in coordination and teamwork with New York State Troopers in SP Warsaw, SP Batavia, SP Lysander, Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) and the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit (CCU), executed an extensive search warrant with multiple items of significant evidence found at a local chiropractor’s residence in Phoenix, NY.
The search warrant was part of an ongoing sex offense investigation that has led to the arrest of Theodore A. Baldini, a 56-year-old New York State licensed chiropractor of Seneca Chiropractic and Family Wellness. Mr. Baldini is officially charged with the following New York State Penal Law offenses:
PL 260.10 – Endangering the Welfare of a Child,
Class A – Misdemeanor
PL 235.22 – Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors, First Degree,
Class D – Felony
Mr. Baldini was processed by Village of Attica, NY law enforcement officers and released on his own recognizance in accordance with current guidelines under the New York State Bail Reform Act, as the charge(s) do not qualify for bail. An appearance ticket was issued to Mr. Baldini, and he is scheduled to appear in the Village of Attica, New York Court in August 4th 2025 at 10AM for formal arraignment on these charges.

The Village of Attica, NY Police Department appreciates the assistance of the New York State Troopers, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations and the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit in the safe and controlled execution of this search warrant. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a New York State court of law.
