Press release
Landlords in the Le Roy area are invited to attend an upcoming informational session for the New York State Vacant Rental Rehabilitation Program, hosted by Genesee County in partnership with G&G Municipal Consulting and Grant Writing.
The session will be held on Wednesday, August 6th, from 5:00 to 6:30 PM at the Village of Le Roy Offices, located at 3 West Main Street, LeRoy, NY 14482.
This state-funded program is aimed at helping property owners bring vacant rental units back online through eligible rehabilitation efforts, ultimately increasing access to quality housing in Genesee County. The informational session will cover key details of the program, including landlord eligibility, funding availability, application process, and disbursement procedures.
“This program gives landlords an excellent opportunity to invest in their properties and help meet the region’s housing needs,” said Jay from G&G Municipal Consulting and Grant Writing. “We look forward to walking local property owners through how the program works and how they can participate.”
All landlords with vacant rental units in Genesee County are encouraged to attend. No registration is required.
