Robert J. Kelley, 27, of Niagara Falls, Ontario, is charged with assault 3rd degree/intent to cause physical injury, after allegedly striking a patron at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center causing physical injury on August 7, 2025 at 10:50p.m.
Kelley was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released with an appearance ticket to appear in Darien Town Court on August 19, 2025 at 4:00p.m.

Jesse C. Mediak, 46, of West Seneca, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree, after threatening another person with physical contact at 9993 Alleghany Road, Darien Lake at 4:34p.m. on August 4, 2025.
Mediak was taken into custody and later released on an appearance ticket to appear in Darien Town Court on August 12, 2025, at 4:00p.m.

Zelideth Cuebas, 38 of Lackawanna, NY is charged with DWI, following a motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of the Darien Lake concert venue at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien, NY, on August 7, 2025 at 10:30p.m.
Cuebas allegedly struck another vehicle while attempting to leave the venue.
After being stopped for an investigation, Cuebas was found to allegedly be intoxicated and taken into custody. Cuebas was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and held for Genesee County CAP Court on August 8th.

Darryle C. Herman, 24, of Westfield, PA, is charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree after a disturbance in the parking lot of Darien Lake at 9993 Alleghany Road. Herman was advised to leave the property and refused to leave after multiple warnings; he was then placed into custody and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing.
Herman was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on August 19, 2025. Herman will appear in Darein Town Court on August 11, 2025.
