Reginald M. Wilson, 52, of Batavia, NY, is charged with sex offender failed to report change of address in 10 days/prior conviction on May 12, 2025.
Wilson allegedly failed to register a proper address after being released from incarceration at the Genesee County Jail. Wilson is listed as a level 3 sex offender in the State registry.
Wilson is currently being held at the Genesee County Jail and appeared in CAP Court on August 4, 2025 at 7:00p.m.

Michael A. Baker, 32, of Bronx, NY, is charged with trespass and resisting arrest after allegedly attempting to enter the Live Nation concert venue at Darien Lake without a ticket on August 9, 2025.
Baker was advised by Live Nation employees that he had to leave the property. Baker refused and then was warned by deputies to leave the property. He again refused and allegedly became argumentative.
Deputies placed Baker into custody after a short struggle, and he was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on August 19, 2025 at 4:00p.m.

Jamie S. Bauer, 35, of Elba, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree/physical contact, after allegedly striking a person in the face during an altercation at a residence in Elba on August 12, 2025 at 12:03a.m.
Bauer was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Elba Town Court on August 27, 2025.

Logan E. Mitchum, 19, of Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree/physical contact, after allegedly subjecting another person to physical contact after a domestic dispute on August 14, 2025 in the Town of Batavia.
Mitchum was arrested and held for CAP Court on August 15th 2025 at 9:00a.m.

Steven A. Meiler, 35, of West Falls, NY, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, following a traffic stop at 9993 Alleghany Road during a concert event at Darien Lake on August 2, 2025 11:29p.m.
Meiler was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol. He was issued traffic tickets and will appear in Darien Town Cort on August 19, 2025 at 4:00p.m.
