On 8/12/2025, Lazaro A. Alfonso, 40, of Batavia, NY, was arrested for and charged with Harassment 2nd degree and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree. Alfonso allegedly interfered with and fought with police, during an investigation into a domestic incident on North Spruce Street. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 8/19/2025.
On 8/8/2025, Kyle W. Nash, 38, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree. Nash allegedly hit another person during an altercation on Elm Street. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 8/19/2025.
On 8/10/2025, Patrick J. Gonzales, 32, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd degree. Gonzales was charged after allegedly violating an order of protection. He was also charged with Harassment 2nd degree for allegedly shoving another person who was attempting to keep him away from the protected person. He was arraigned in CAP Court.
