The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of the Arcade Police Department, has
arrested Ryan P. Donnelly, 41 of Holland, NY, following an investigation into a possible
criminal mischief of a vehicle at Arcade Valley Estates in the Town of Arcade.
Through the investigation, it was discovered that Donnelly, a level three sex offender, had allegedly slept
inside his vehicle in close proximity to a residence where the 13-year-old protected party resided.
Donnelly was found to have no legitimate reason to be in the area at that time, in violation of a
full stay-away order of protection.
As a result, Donnelly was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree. Being
a two-time convicted felon, he was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court and remanded to the
Wyoming County Jail without bail.
Donnelly is scheduled to appear in the Town of Arcade Court on September 11, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
