On 8/18/2025, Jason L. Johnson, 42, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (Intent to Sell), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree.
Johnson was arrested following a traffic stop on Oak Street, where he was allegedly found in possession of a large quantity of narcotics. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held without bail.

Emily B. Kaczmarek, 23, of Byron, NY, pleaded guilty to assault 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor, on March 18, 2026 and was sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge after an incident on August 18, 2025 on State Street.

On 8/16/2025, Shandell M. Lissow, 37, of Albion, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Lissow allegedly stole merchandise from Family Dollar. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

On 8/18/2025, Isaiah N. Bollar, 35, of Rochester, NY, was arrested on a warrant for Criminal Impersonation. Bollar allegedly gave a fake name during a traffic stop on 7/18/2024. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

On 8/17/2025, Shaqueita L. Irvin, 33, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Irvin was arrested following a motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of TF Brown’s. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.

On 8/10/2025, Anthony J. Tyme, 36, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Tyme was arrested following a traffic stop on Pearl Street. He was additionally charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree and speeding. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

On 8/17/2025, Ashley M. Davis, 36, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree. It’s alleged that Davis interfered with police while they were attempting to take another person into custody. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
