On August 29th, 2025 the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force and the Batavia Police Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at 6 Shady Lane, Batavia, stemming from a narcotics investigations conducted by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force. As a result of the warrant execution, the following people were located and charged:
- Rick A. Drury (age 63) of Batavia was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of Control Substance 3rd—B – Felony, and Criminal Nuisance 1st — E-Felony.
- Dustin M. Castner (age 32) of Albion, was charged with Falsifying Business Records 1st Degree—E-Felony, Criminal Impersonation 2nd -A-Misdemeanor, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th —A Misdemeanor.
- Charles P. Stevens (age 37), Kenneth L. Drury (age 52), Shelby L. Fryer (age 30), Justine D. Wood (age 38), Michaela R. Bohn (age 25), Klarissa C. Price (age 47), Tiffany S. Fay (age 45), Steven R. Kimmel (age 55), Angela M. Samson (age 44), all of Batavia were all charged with Criminal Possession of Control Substance — A-Misdemeanor
- Drury and Castner were held for CAP Arraignments. All Other parties were charged and released on
appearance tickets. They are to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 25th, 2025, at 3:00 PM. The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office, City of Batavia Police Department, and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office assisted with the investigation.
