The next step is that the applicant (Bill Baskin) will need to prepare a draft scoping statement for submission to the City PDC for consideration. The scoping statement, according to City of Batavia Attorney Geroge Van Nest, will identify the issues for consideration, like environmental, noise, odor and impact on disadvantaged communities.

Commercial use district. These properties are currently located
within the C-2 General Commercial use district and abut the C-3
use district to the east.
City Council has requested for the Planning and Development
Committee to review the request and make recommendations for
their consideration.
