BATAVIA, NY — September 15, 2025 — Rochester Regional Health (RRH) is pleased to announce that Evan
Miller, MD, has joined its Orthopedic Spine team. Dr. Miller will see patients at Genesee Orthopedics, located at 8103 Oak Orchard Rd, Batavia, NY 14020.
Dr. Miller is dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans through a thoughtful, evidence-based
approach that prioritizes restoring function and relieving pain.
“I believe in shared decision-making and carefully considering the unique challenges each patient faces,” said
Dr. Miller. “That means exploring non-operative options, when possible, while also recognizing the
transformative impact spine surgery can have on patients’ lives.”
Dr. Miller specializes in comprehensive spinal care, with expertise in:

Minimally invasive and motion-preserving surgery
Cervical disc arthroplasty
Spine infection, tumor, and deformity
He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, and pursued a fellowship in Spine Surgery at the University of Wisconsin.
Outside of work, Dr. Miller enjoys reading, exercising, listening to jazz, exploring local coffee shops, and
traveling with his wife.
