Megan T. Forder, 28, of Junction Road, Pavilion, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree/physical injury to a police officer, menacing 2nd degree/weapon, stalking 2nd degree/display/possess and threaten to use a weapon, and resisting arrest.
Forder was arrested after an incident that occurred on October 1, 2025. Forder was arrested on an unrelated arrest warrant while allegedly in commission of the crime of stalking while allegedly in possession of a knife.
Forder resisted arrest and when taken into custody and then caused injury to a deputy. Forder was held pending arraignment in CAP Court 10/5/25.

On October 6, 2025, Josia G. Culver, 20, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY, was charged with assault 2nd degree/while confined to a correctional facility, the Genesee County Jail, after allegedly punching a corrections officer, and causing physical injury.
Culver appeared in CAP Court on October 7, 2025 at 9:00a.m.

On October 8, 2025, Jarrod K. Fotiathis, 30, of W. Main Street, Batavia, NY, was charged with criminal mischief 3rd degree after allegedly breaking a cell window in D. Pod after being told to lock in after an outburst in the day room on October 1, 2025, at 1:57p.m.
Fotiathis was arraigned in CAP Court on October 10th, 2025.

Ivan M. Borgyan, 32, no address provided, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with sex offender registry violation/prior offense, after allegedly failing to report a change of address within 10 days as a registered sex offender on July 25, 2025.
Borgyan was held at the Genesee County Jail for a CAP Court arraignment on October 2, 2025 at 9:00a.m.

Tricia M. Blatt, 38, homeless, is charged with burglary 3rd degree, after attempting to gain entry to a home that she does not own any more on East Main Street in Byron on October 6th, 2025 at 5:20p.m.
According to deputies, Blatt was legally evicted. She was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and held for CAP Court on October 7, 2025 at 9:00a.m.
