Nancy Novak Thurnherr – 3628 Galloway Rd., Batavia NY 14020. Area Variance Request – Applicant is requesting an area variance for replacing a 14’ x 28’ shed with a 28’ x 28’ shed. Need to set a Public Hearing for Monday, November 17, 2025.
