On October 28th, 2025, deputies from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office responded to
Rt. 19A in the Town of Genesee Falls for a one-vehicle rollover crash.
The driver, identified as Bryan M. Perkins, 57, of Warsaw, NY, was found to allegedly be showing signs of drug impairment roadside and was subsequently arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Perkins later refused to submit to a chemical test and was transported to the Wyoming County
Community Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Perkins was processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Genesee Falls Town Court on
November 12, 2025, at 6:00p.m.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Town of Pike Fire Department on
scene.

Deputies responded to a residence on Countyline Road in the Town of Arcade for a reported
domestic incident on October 18, 2025.
An investigation found that Tammy Sanford-King, 53, of Arcade, NY, was allegedly involved in an altercation with a family member during which she allegedly grabbed the person by the throat.
Sanford-King was arrested and charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.
She was arraigned in Arcade Town Court and released on her own recognizance.

On October 19, 2025, at approximately 8:29p.m., Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office deputies
responded to an address on Chaffee Road in the Town of Java for a reported domestic incident.
During the investigation, it was determined that Jacob Wilson, 46, of Java, was the respondent of
a stay-away order of protection and had contact with the protected party.
Wilson was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt in the second degree.
Wilson was arraigned in Java Town Court and released on his own recognizance. Wilson is
scheduled to reappear in Java Town Court on November 5, 2025.

Yorli Agudelo Espitia, 29, of Orchard Park, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on
Rt. 20A in the Town of Warsaw on October 25, 2025. Agudelo Espitia was observed to be operating a white Buick SUV in the Town of Warsaw, with a suspended New York State Registration.
Agudelo Espitia was charged with Operation While Registration suspended. Agudelo Espitia was issued an
appearance ticket and was advised to return to the Town of Warsaw Court at a later date.
