On 10/24/2025, Kyle W. Nash, 38, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Nash allegedly stole merchandise from Quicklee’s on Oak Street. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 11/4/2025.

On 10/29/2025, J’zon A Richardson, 26, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a warrant. The warrant was issued after Richardson failed to appear in court on a misdemeanor traffic ticket. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court.

On 10/25/2025, Dameon R. Reeves, 31, of Lockport, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. Reeves was arrested following a traffic stop on West Main Street. During the arrest, Reeves was allegedly found to be in possession of crack cocaine. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

On 10/28/2025, Brandon C. Dodd, 38, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Dodd allegedly stole merchandise from Harbor Freight. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

On 10/27/2025, Thomas A. Culver, 46, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree. It’s alleged that Culver was found in possession of narcotics during a traffic stop in October of 2024. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

On 10/27/2025, Rhonda J. Schirmer, 58, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Schirmer allegedly stole merchandise from Tops. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 11/11/2025.

On 10/21/2025, Meaghan A. Conti, 38, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on two bench warrants. Conti was arraigned in CAP Court and released. She is due in Batavia City Court at a later date.

On 10/21/2025, Joshua M. Bratcher, 35, of Le Roy, NY, was arrested and charged with False Personation. It’s alleged that Bratcher gave a false name and date of birth to police, during a traffic stop on West Main Street in an attempt to avoid being arrested on a warrant. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court on 10/28/2025.

On 10/24/2025, Trace G. Brewer, 25, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. Brewer allegedly ran from police when officers attempted to detain him in relation to a larceny investigation. During his arrest, he was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 10/28/2025.

On 10/24/2025, Cameron S. Magoffin-Federico, 26, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Assault 3rd degree, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Magoffin-Federico was charged following an investigation into a domestic incident on Washington Avenue. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

Velazquez and Scott were arrested after an investigation into a physical altercation on Bank Street. They were each issued an appearance ticket and are due in court on 10/28/2025.

On 10/23/2025, Eric J. Olverd, 53, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree. Olverd allegedly shoved a police officer and resisted arrest when police attempted to arrest him on a warrant. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 11/4/2025.
