On November 17th, 2025, Darius D. Townsend, no age or address provided, was arrested and charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, a class B felony, three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree, a class D felony, tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony, two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor and obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, after deputies attempted to take Townsend into custody on an unrelated previous matter.
Townsend allegedly fled on foot from deputies and allegedly tampered with evidence by discarding it in an attempt to conceal it. It’s also alleged that Townsend was in possession of a large quantity of cocaine and material suitable for packaging of individual quantities of narcotics.
Townsend was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

On November 16, 2025, LeeAnne T. Krull, 56, of Batavia, NY, was charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree, after allegedly entering and remaining unlawfully in a business on Park Road in which she was previously trespassed from.
Krull was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on November 25, 2025 at 3:00p.m.

On November 17, 2025, LeeAnne Krull, 56, of Batavia, NY, was arrested at the Genesee County Jail at 3839 West Main Street Road in the Town of Batavia and charged with promoting prison contraband 2nd degree.
Krull allegedly introduced marijuana into the jail. She was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Batavia Town Court on November 25, 2025, at 3:00p.m.

On November 17, 2025, at 1:41a.m., Nicole A. Sprung, 40, of Le Roy, NY, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree/three or more suspensions on three or more dates, after a traffic stop for violations on North Street Road.
Sprung allegedly was in possession of a controlled substance. She was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with an appearance ticket.
Spring will appear in the Town of Le Roy Court on December 2, 2025 at 4:00p.m.

Warren T. Cotton, 48, of Le Roy, NY, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance 7th degree and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd degree, both class A misdemeanors, on November 8, 2025.
Cotton was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine upon being apprehended. He was also allegedly in possession of material suitable for the packaging of individual quantities of narcotics.
Cotton was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and appeared in Batavia City Court on November 11th, 2025 at 1:30p.m.
