Jacob W. Patterson, 29, of East Main Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree/police officer and resisting arrest, after an incident on East Main Street in Batavia on November 25, 2025, at 9:21p.m.
While deputies were attempting to arrest Patterson on an active bench warrant, issued by Genesee County Court, Patterson allegedly resisted arrest and caused physical injury to a deputy.
Patterson was held pending arraignment in CAP Court on November 26, 2025 at 9:00a.m.

Dylan J. Kipfer, 23, of Dunbar Road, Attica, NY, is charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd degree, reckless driving, failed to yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle, a speed violation/exceeding 55MPH and failure to stop at a stop sign, after a pursuit on Rt. 98 in the Town of Alexander on November 24, 2025 at 7:21p.m.
Kipfer allegedly led deputies on a pursuit and failed to yield to an emergency vehicle and numerous other vehicles. He was issued an appearance ticket for all his charges and was released.
Kipfer is to appear in Alexander Town Court on December 9th, 2025, at 5:00p.m.

Michael H. Cummings Jr., 26, of Luella Street, Rochester, NY, is charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle without stop lamps, unregistered motor vehicle and operating without insurance, after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in Pembroke on November 26, 2025 at 8:22p.m.
Cummings allegedly refused to exit a motor vehicle which was being towed for not having current insurance.
Cummings Jr. was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on December 10, 2025, at 1:00p.m.

Haylie A. Allis, 23, of Van Buren Street, Holley, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI/BAC of .18% or more, DWI, traffic device violation/passed a red light and moving from a lane unsafely on East Main Street in Batavia, NY on November 23, 2025 at 2:00a.m.
Allis was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets. Allis will appear in Batavia City Court on December 9, 2025, at 9:30a.m.

Hutt, 32, of Buckhill Road, Rochester, NY, is charged with DWAI/Alcohol, drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle on a highway, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st/aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle impaired by drugs and moving from a lane unsafely on November 27, 2025 at 12:03a.m. on Pearl Street Road in Batavia, NY.
Deputies say Hutt was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol.
Hutt was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 6, 2026, at 3:00p.m.

Emoni M. Massey, 28, of Kinsboro Road, Rochester, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operator 3rd degree, operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and illegal Uturn on Park Road in Batavia, NY, on November 25, 2025 at 1:45a.m.
Deputies say Massey license was suspended and Massey was allegedly in possession of cocaine following a traffic stop.
Massey was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia Town Court on December 2, 2025 at 3:00p.m.

Samuel R. Baudanza, 28, of Rt. 19, Wyoming, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely on Seward Road in Alexander, NY on November 13, 2025 at 9:35a.m.
Baudanza was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Alexander Town Court on December 9, 2025 at 5:00p.m.

Salvatore M. Schwable, 28, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree/intent to sell and tampering with physical evidence on November 21, 2025 on Bethany Center Road in the Town of Batavia, NY.
Schwable allegedly attempted to conceal controlled substances in on his person.
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was arraigned in CAP Court on November 22, 2025, at 9:00a.m.

Steven P. Nasewytewa, 37, of the Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree/disobeying a mandate, menacing 3rd degree, and endangering the welfare of a child, after allegedly being involved in a domestic incident involving children on November 12, 2025 at 4:25p.m.
Nasewytewa is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on November 20, 2025 at 9:00a.m.

Deputies say Krull allegedly falsely reported an incident and allegedly made threatening comments in the presence of two young children.
Krull was held for a CAP Court arraignment on November 18, 2025, at 9:00a.m.
