Austin Nowakowski, 26, of Orangeville, NY, was arrested following a domestic dispute that occurred
on December 5th, 2025. The dispute occurred at a residence in the Town of Orangeville.
Nowakowski reportedly damaged several pieces of property while engaging in a physical altercation with several subjects. Nowakowski reportedly menaced his family members with a metal frying pan and at one point he held a firearm.
Nowakowski was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree and Menacing in the Seconded Degree. Nowakowski was arraigned and is to reappear in the Town of Orangeville Court on 12/17/2025 at 6:30p.m.

The Wyoming Count Sheriff’s Office was requested to a residence in the Town of Arcade for a domestic incident in progress on December 1st, 2025.
After investigation at the scene, Tanya A. Kozlowski, 40, was arrested and charged with harassment 2nd degree, criminal contempt 1st degree and Aggravated Family Offense.
Kozlowski was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw court and committed to jail on $10,000 cash, $20,000 bond or $30,000 partial with a return date of December 4th, 2025 in the Town of Arcade Court

Ryan Miller, 48 of Arcade, NY was arrested following a traffic accident in the Arcade Valley Estates driveway entrance on State Route 39 in the Town of Arcade on November 15, 2025.
Miller was traveling northbound when he left his lane, entered a median and struck a utility pole, a small tree, and a boulder.
While speaking with Miller, deputies observed alleged signs of impairment. Miller was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he performed poorly. Miller was taken to the Arcade Village Police Department for a Chemical Breath Test, where Miller gave a positive sample.
Miller was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), DWI with a BAC.08 or more 1st offense and moving from a lane unsafely. Miller was issued an appearance ticket on all charges and was advised to return to the Town of Arcade Court at a later date.

On November 11th, 2025, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office responded to a one-car motor
vehicle accident on East Arcade Road in the Town of Arcade.
The investigation determined that a Nissan, operated by Amanda Blair, 32, of Arcade, NY, left
the southbound lane, entered a ditch, and struck a tree.
During the investigation, deputies observed alleged signs of intoxication. Blair admitted to consuming
wine earlier in the evening. She was arrested and was charged with DWI, DWI per se, speed not reasonable and prudent, and failure to maintain lane. She was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Arcade Town Court at a later date.

Wyoming County deputies arrested Patrick Powell, 44 of Niagara Falls, NY on a failure to
appear warrant issued by the Orangeville Town Court.
Powell was arraigned in the Warsaw Town Court and was remanded to Wyoming County Jail on bail. Powell is to appear in Orangeville Town Court at a later date.

Matthew R. Baker, 47 of Fillmore, NY, was arrested following a minor motor vehicle accident in the
Crosby’s parking lot in the Town of Castile on November 15, 2025.
Baker was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the 2nd degree due to having a
revoked license. Baker was issued a summons and scheduled to answer this charge in Castile
Court in December.

On November 26, 2025, at approximately 08:28 P.M., Wyoming County Sheriff’s deputies
stopped a vehicle on North Main Street in the Village of Warsaw due to the known operator
having an active arrest warrant.
After a DMV check, the operator of the vehicle, Clinton R. Browne, 51, of Canaseraga, NY, was found to have a revoked New York State driver’s license. After a brief investigation, it was found that Browne did not have permission or consent to operate the motor vehicle according to the owner.
Browne was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree,
unauthorized use of a vehicle, and unlicensed operator. Browne was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear at Warsaw Village Court on December 15, 2025.

On November 30th, 2025, at around 4:33am, a deputy with the Wyoming County Sheriff’s
Office was patrolling westbound on Route 20A in the Town of Warsaw, when another
vehicle was observed traveling westbound with a suspended New York registration.
A vehicle and traffic enforcement stop was conducted near Adams Road and the driver was
identified as Siara S. Torres, 37, of Yonkers, NY. Data checks showed the vehicle’s registration
was suspended for parking violations (5 tickets/notices of suspension within 12 months) and
Torres’ license was suspended for failure to pay driver’s responsibility assessment.
Torres was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
Torres was processed roadside and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Warsaw Town Court at a later date.

On December 5th, 2025, around 5:00p.m., a deputy from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office
initiated a traffic stop on South Main Street in the Village of Warsaw.
The operator of the vehicle was identified as Felishia E. Young, 28, of Geneseo, NY. Young had one active suspension on her license and was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and suspended motor vehicle registration.
Young was processed roadside and issued an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to appear at Warsaw Village Court at a later date.
