On December 5th, 2025, at around 10:00a.m., deputies from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office
arrested Jennifer J. Tones, 38, of Warsaw, NY, on a bench warrant issued by the Honorable
Judge Fusani of the Warsaw Village Court on December 2nd, 2025, after Tones allegedly
violated the terms of her pre-trial release.
Tones was arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Fusani in the Warsaw Village Court, and the Wyoming County Public Defender’s Office was present to represent Tones.
The Wyoming County District Attorney’s Office recommended Tones be remanded in lieu of $20,000 cash bail, $40,000 bond or $80,000 partially secured bond at 10%.
Following the arraignment, Tones was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of no bail
and is scheduled to appear in the Wyoming County Superior Court on December 17th, 2025.

Michael Burch, 28, of Batavia, NY, was arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office on an active Wyoming County Family Court warrant for unpaid Child support.
Burch was turned over to Deputy Rudolph and was arraigned by Wyoming County Family Court and released with a new court date of 12/22/25.
