Following an investigation at the Wyoming County Jail, Dillen J. Powell, 25, of Warsaw, NY,
was charged with Aggravated Family Offense and Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree on February 13th, 2026.
It is alleged that while incarcerated, Powell contacted a protected party by phone and mail while
a valid order of protection was in effect.
Powell was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Village of Warsaw
Court at a later date

On February 12th 2026, about 7:30p.m., a deputy from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office initiated a
traffic stop on Rt. 20A in the Town of Sheldon.
The operator of the vehicle was identified as Roy A. Agiang, 38, of Grimsby, Ontario, Canada. Agiang reportedly had one active suspension on his license.
He was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree and was processed roadside and issued an appearance ticket. Agiang is scheduled to appear in the Town of Sheldon Court at a later date.
