Sandra L. Marsceill, 54, of Willow St., Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree after allegedly stealing merchandise from Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in Batavia on February 19, 2026 at 2:51p.m.
Marsceill was also allegedly in possession of cocaine upon apprehension. She was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 3, 2026 at 10:00a.m.

Autumn M. Froebel, 21, of Marshall Ave., Akron, NY, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, after an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on Clinton Street Road in Byron, NY on February 3, 2026 at 12:38a.m.
Froebel was taken to the Genesee County jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket. Froebel was scheduled to appear in Byron Town Court on February 16th, 2026 at 4:30p.m.
