Thompson, 46, of Jackson Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with felony DWI/previous conviction within 10 years, driving with a BAC of .08% or more/prior conviction within 10 years, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and speeding in a zone on February 18, 2026, at 12:43a.m. on Pearl Street in Batavia.
Thompson was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol deputies say.
Thompson was transported to the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets. Thompson will appear in Batavia Town Court on March 3, 2026 at 1:00p.m.

Michael J. Miller, 47, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with two counts criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree after being taken into custody after an incident on East Main Street Road in Batavia on February 24, 2026.
Miller was allegedly found to be in possession of multiple controlled substances.
He was arrested on March 1st, 2026 and was arraigned in Batavia Town Court.

Michael W. Vanslyke, 43, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th degree, after allegedly being found to be in possession of more than one-eighth of an ounce of cocaine on February 23, 2026 during an incident on Vine Street.
Vanslyke was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held for CAP Court.

Shandalea L. Bolton, 40, of Rochester, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing vape products from the Totem Pole Smoke and Gas shop at 1031 Ledge Road, Tonawanda Indian Reservation on February 10, 2026.
Bolton was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on March 3, 2026 at 6:00p.m.
