On March 2, 2026, Jennifer L. Sprague-Clark, Sandra L Marsceill, Shandell M. Lissow, and Lindsay M. Pajek (no ages or addresses provided) were located inside a stolen U-Haul truck in the Town of Batavia.
During the investigation, the individuals were allegedly found to be in possession of cocaine and buprenorphine
All four are each charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree.
Marsceill, and Pajck were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia
Court on March 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
Sprague-Clark was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree. Due to
her status as a predicate felon, she was held for CAP Court.
