On 2/28/2026, Nicholas D. Wissinger, 24, of Middleport, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Wissinger was charged following a traffic stop on N. Lyon Street. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

On 2/28/2026, Candice M. Fiegl, 33, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd degree. It’s alleged that Fiegl violated an order of protection. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

On 2/28/2026, Matthew P. Waterman, 36, of Livonia, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Waterman was charged following a traffic stop on Ellicott Street. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

On 2/24/2026, Zachary M. Burk, 29, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, and Harassment 2nd degree. Burk was allegedly involved in a physical altercation where he shoved another person and applied pressure to their neck. During his arrest he was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.
