The Riptide Swim Team at the Genesee County YMCA had a very successful regular season.
24 teammates qualified for the NYS YMCA Swimming Championship by meeting time standards
in individual events.
The State Meet will be held from March 20-22 at the Nassau Aquatic Center on Long Island.
The team will compete in 76 individual events and 8 relays throughout the competition. The
team has representatives in all age groups from 8u through 15up.
The State Team will be led on deck by Coach Jen Pritchett and Coach Dani Dosch. The Riptide
Swim Team looks forward to a Long Course and Summer Season. They are always looking for
new swimmers to join in a rewarding experience.
