Stafford, NY — The Betterment Committee of Stafford is a volunteer organization dedicated
to bringing our community together through events, projects, and local initiatives. The
committee currently includes five board members and ten active volunteers who share a
commitment to strengthening community pride and connection in our town.
Our mission is to foster community pride, strengthen connections among residents, and
enhance quality of life in Stafford through volunteerism, events, and community initiatives.
We strive to preserve Stafford’s heritage, support its growth, and create welcoming
experiences that bring people together while building a vibrant and inclusive future for all.
This year the committee is organizing community fundraisers, planning seasonal events,
and pursuing nonprofit status to better support future projects.

- Euchre FUNraising Tournament — Saturday, March 28, 6:00–9:00 PM St. Paul’s Episcopal
Parish Hall, Main Street, Stafford. $10 donation; bring your own snacks and drinks. Prizes
will be awarded. - Junk in the Trunk — Red Osier parking lot June 13, July 11, August 8 — 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Music in the Park — Emery Park June 16, July 21, August 18 — 5:30–8:00 PM
- First Annual Car & Craft Show — Emery Park August 23 — 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
