Kyle W. Nash, no age provided, of Le Roy, NY, was taken into custody after a series of incidents in the Town of Batavia on March 31st.
Nash allegedly entered a retail store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive multiple times, passing all points of purchase with merchandise, without paying. He then allegedly sold stolen merchandise to a pawn shop on Veteran’s Memorial Drive multiple times, claiming to be the rightful owner of the property.
Nash is charged with two counts of petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor and two counts of falsifying business records first degree, a class E felony.
Nash was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing where he was held for a CAP Court arraignment.

Joseph J. Wodrich, 31, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree after allegedly entering a building on March 21st on Park Road, after being told not to return.
Wodrich was transported to the Genesee County Jail and issued an appearance ticket.
He will appear in Batavia Town Court on April 28th, 2026 at 10:00a.m.

David H. Kendall, 41, of W. Main Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after allegedly stealing merchandise from Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive.
Kendall was allegedly in possession of narcotics at the time of his arrest on March 31st, 2026.
Kendall was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released with an appearance ticket. He will appear in Batavia Town Court on April 7th, 2026 at 1:00p.m.

Wayne D. Potter, 42, of West Main Street Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree/physical contact, after allegedly striking another inmate with a closed fist in the face at the Genesee County Jail on March 25th, 2026
Potter was held pending arraignment in CAP Court.

Justin T. Gladney Sr., 37, of West Main Street Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree/physical contact, after shoving another inmate at the Genesee County Jail on March 24, 2026.
Gladney was held pending arraignment in CAP Court on March 25, 2026.
