Janay A. Jones, 47, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI/BAC of .18% or more, DWI, uninspected motor vehicle, open alcoholic container and failed to use designated lane, after a traffic stop on River Street in Batavia on April 1st, 2026, at 8:50PM.
Jones was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets, and will appear in Batavia City Court on April 22nd, 2026, at 10:00AM.

Gail J. Fenton, 62, of Batavia, NY, is charged with forgery 2nd degree/official document, following a police investigation on March 12, 2026, in Batavia.
Fenton was arraigned in CAP Court and released on her own recognizance.

Joseph Difilippo, 55, of Batavia, NY, is charge with petit larceny after being arrested on April 3, 2026 at 2:30PM.
Difilippo allegedly walked out of a pawn shop on Veteran’s Memorial Drive and past all points of purchase, allegedly without paying.
He reported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was issued an appearance ticket. Difilippo is due to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 28th, 2026, at 10:00AM
