- Site Plan application by O-AT-KA Milk Products, LLC to expand the existing parking area to
accommodate trailers for the existing facility at 4815 Ellicott Street Road, Batavia NY.
- Declare SEQR Lead Agency – Full EAF Review (Type 1 Action)
- Site Plan Review
- Site Plan application by Splash Car Wash, Inc. to complete site alterations to the existing car
wash facility at 4120 Veterans Memorial Drive, Batavia NY. Alterations include
improvements to the existing building, 7 additional vacuum spaces, an additional pay lane,
additional employee parking, and additional asphalt and concrete pavement along with
lighting and landscaping improvements.
