Following an investigation into a roadside domestic incident that occurred on Route 19 in the Town of Warsaw on June 12th, 2026, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mark E. Mcelfresh III, 23, of Wethersfield, NY.
Mcelfresh is charged with Criminal Contempt in the First Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. It is alleged that Mcelfresh violated an order of protection issued to a protected party by subjecting the victim to physical contact during a physical altercation inside a vehicle while a 7-year-old child was present.
Mcelfresh was processed and arraigned before Town of Warsaw Justice Errington.
Following arraignment, he was released under pre-trial supervision pending future court proceedings and is due back in the Town of Warsaw Court at a later date
