Kodey R. Mills, 32, of Le Roy, NY, is charged with felony DWI/two previous convictions designated offenses in 10 years, speed not reasonable and prudent, moving from a lane unsafely, operator leaves scene of a property damage accident, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree and aggravated unlicensed operator 2nd degree/alcohol or drugs, a class E felony, after a one vehicle accident on Perry Road in Pavilion on June 21st at 2:17a.m.
Mills was allegedly operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license on a public highway while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol and was traveling at a speed not reasonable and prudent, causing him to move from his lane unsafely and then strike a utility pole. Mills then left the scene of the property damage accident.
Mills was transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was held pending arraignment in CAP Court at 9:00a.m. June 21st, 2026.

Kiha S. McNear, 28, of Batavia, NY, was charged with attempted assault 2nd degree while confined to a correctional facility, the Genesee County Jail, at 3839 W. Main Street Road, on July 4th, 2026.
McNear allegedly struck another inmate in the face.
McNear appeared in CAP Court later that day.

James A.Chase, 46, of Batavia, NY, is charged with sex offender fail to register within 10 days with a prior conviction within 10 years.
Chase was held at the Genesee County Jail for a CAP Court arraignment on June 30, 2026 at 7:00p.m.

Andrew D. Janas, 28, of Middlesex, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree and criminal mischief 4th degree, after a complaint at the Darien Lake Campground on June 14th, 2026 at 1:03a.m.
Janas allegedly damaged a tire on a vehicle belonging to another person. Janas also allegedly violated an existing order of protection. He was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail and was arraigned in CAP Court at 9:00a.m.
