I want to thank the officer who found my brother, Harry Schouten, down in his mobile home, on February 16th 2026. He called the cova unit to rush him to strong. My brother, suffered a second massive stroke in the ER. We put him on life support for 1 week. His organs failed and his brain died. He died on February 23rd.
