Kimberly Aponte, 29, of Rochester, NY, is charged with assault 3rd degree and harassment 2nd degree after a physical altercation at Darien Lake Theme Park at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien, NY, on July 12th, 2026 at 9:00p.m.
Aponte was arrested and was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on August 25th, 2026, at 4:00p.m.

Carson C. Ficarella, 25, of Darien, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful imprisonment 2nd degree and harassment 2nd degree/physical contact, after a physical dispute with a person. He allegedly refused to allow the person to freely leave the residence at an address on Genesee Street in Darien on July 15th, 2026, at 8:59a.m.
Ficarella was held for CAP Court arraignment.

Josiah M. Smith, 48, of Batavia, NY, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree on July 3rd, 2026 on Alexander Road in Alexander, NY at 1:00a.m.
Smith was allegedly in possession of alprazolam, a controlled substance, that was not prescribed to him.
Smith was transported to the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket. He is to appear in Alexnader Town Court on July 21st, 2026 at 5:00p.m.
