MILLING OF ROADWAY ROAD CLOSURE & TRAFFIC DELAYS
TO ALL TRAFFIC UTILIZING COLONIAL BLVD
Colonial Blvd – Route 5/West Main Street Rd to END (In the Town of Batavia)
On Wednesday, Aug. 5, from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM milling operations will occur on Colonial Blvd.
Traffic should expect daily closure while the roadwork occurs.
EMERGENCY SERVICE WILL BE PERMITTED THROUGH.
Residents on Colonial Blvd. will be permitted access to their property but will experience delays.
For patrons needing access to Tim Hortons and T-Mobile you are asked to utilize the entrance and exit on
Lewiston Road while the work is ongoing.
THE ROAD WILL BE CLOSED TO ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC.MOTORISTS SHOULD SEEK ALTERNATE ROUTES
This work is weather dependent, if delayed by severe rain or storms the work will occur the next available
day. Paving is scheduled to occur August 10, 2026
