Willie L. Wright, 56, of Buffalo, NY, and Cora L. Lichtenberger, 31, of Akron, NY, are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree after allegedly possessing crack cocaine and paraphernalia containing narcotics residue inside a vehicle on August 1, 2026, at 12:20p.m. at 383 Bloomingdale Road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation.
Both were released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Alabama Town Court on August 18th, 2026 at6:00p.m.

Andrew M. Perl, 18, of Stafford, NY, is charged with petit larceny, after allegedly stealing money from the cash register while working at Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, in Batavia, NY, on July 31, 2026.
Perl was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia Town Court on August 25th, 2026 at 10:00a.m.
