Shaun E. Alexander, 20, of Alabama, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI: PER SE-BAC .18% or more, and drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle on a highway, on August 7th, 2026, at 12:04a.m. at 9993 Alleghany Road, after a property damage accident.
Alexander was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets He will appear in Darien Town Court on August 18th, 2026 at 4:00p.m.

Joseph L. Barclay, 37, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree and failure to stop at a stop sign, after a traffic stop at 6847 Byron Holley Road in Byron, NY, on August 7th, 2026 at 3:57a.m.
After an investigation, Barcaly was found to allegedly be in possession of a quantity of cocaine. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Donald E. Ford Jr., 52, pf Pavilion, NY, is charged with criminal contempt after allegedly violating an order of protection in Pavilion on August 4, 2026.
Ford allegedly went to the residence of the protected party.
He was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and held for a CAP Court arraigment.

Reuben -Beals was arraigned in CAP Court on August 2nd, 2026, at 9:00a.m.
