Raymond A. Amaro, 39, of Pavilion, NY, is charged with strangulation 2nd degree/obstructing breathing/blood circulation-cause physical injury, criminal mischief 3rd degree and assault 3rd degree after an incident on Telephone Road in Pavilion on August 29th, 2026.
Amaro was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Billie L. Harper, 49, of Batavia, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, unregistered motor vehicle and failure to use a turn signal prior to 100 feet, on August 24th, 2026 at 9:01p.m.on West Main Street Road in Batavia.
Harper was transported to the Genesee County Jail where she was issued an appearance ticket as well as traffic tickets. She is due to appear in Batavia City Court on September 8th, 2026 at 1:30p.m. and September 9th, 2026 at 9:30a.m.

Thomas L. Colin, 47, of Morrisville, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree after a complaint at the Rob Zombie concert at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien, NY on August 30th, 2026 at 9:30p.m.
Colin was issued and appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Darien Court on September 15th, 2026 at 4:00p.m.
